CBUS Retail Conference
Three times a year, you'll have the opportunity to attend the CBUS Retail Conference. These half-day conferences are filled with engaging speakers, informative panel discussions, and even more networking opportunities. Topics will include some of the most relevant issues facing retail today such as recruiting and retaining talent, supply chain, sustainability, and more.
CBUS Retail Mentorship Program
One of our member benefits is the ability to participate in our Mentorship program as either an experienced Mentor or a Mentee. Cohorts launch on a mutually beneficial mentorship journey twice a year. Participants will be carefully matched based on areas of expertise, time commitment and other criteria. In the program, mentees will identify career goals and skills they wish to improve upon with the mentor, guided with support from CBUS Retail including networking events and available discussion guides. This program was built to invest in building the next generation of strong retail leaders within the CBUS market.
